Can I receive a refund?

We will prepare your documents as requested, and you will have the ability to view your documents once they are completed for final approval. Refunds are provided by the close of the next business day after purchase or within 24 hrs. Services will not start until payment is made. If you request a refund, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of the purchase. Refunds will not be provided once the documents or reports have been started.
There are no refunds on any PI reports (ie, backgound assets or criminal).
If you are not satisfied with the document or service once it is completed, please notify us by email or phone within 24 hours to take care of the issue, we will correct any erros on our part.
Filing fees can not be refunded after filing with the state or federal agency.
The information we provide is not a substitute for and does not replace the advice or representation of a licensed attorney.
You will check and verify all documents before filing with the court. All amounts owed will be paid before services are rendered. All conversations and documents are held confidential. Agreeing to these terms does not initiate a client-attorney privilege.
Refunds are not provided for:
Court cancelations or delays
Dismissed Cases/ Motions
E-file not filed timely
